Awesome company with top-notch products, speedy replies to questions, and a real joy to work with. I recently bought three shades but had to send one back. (The shade just didn’t work for me, totally my bad, not Love Frankie’s fault.) Just a heads up, you’ll need to cover the return postage, so make sure to check if it’s right for you before you click that order button. Overall, I’d suggest them without a second thought.

This company is just fantastic! I stumbled upon them and was blown away by their unique and stunning designs. I got my hands on two lampshades - one with a black outside and a super quirky interior (pink with critters). Plus, I picked up a ceiling shade - a deep green with fringe and a gold inside. All my orders were placed during the lockdown, and I was told there would be a bit of a delay. But let me tell ya, it was totally worth it! They kept me updated via email about the delivery, and I found them to be really professional and easy to work with.

I gotta say, Nathan, the service engineer from Frankies, is just fantastic—super informative and really helpful. He’s definitely a gem for the company. I had a boiling hot tap installed (not by Frankies) and wasn’t sure if it was set up right, so I asked for a visit to check it out. I felt a bit silly since everything was fine, but Nathan took the time to explain how it operates, which is quite different from regular hot taps. Now I totally get it. Lol. It’s reassuring to know that when you buy something, there’s support available if you need it. So, big props to NATHAN and the Frankies crew. One very satisfied customer here!

So, I thought I’d reach out to Lovefrankie with a friendly email to check on my order.

Instead, I got a rather condescending reply, reminding me that I was informed twice about the 8-10 week lead time (which I was okay with, but it had gone beyond that). They mentioned the extra wait was just a tad longer—turns out that 'tad' meant another 3 weeks!

It just felt a bit rude since all I wanted was a simple update, which another company had provided without me even asking.
